This is a 35 minute All Levels Class that is donation based on Energy Exchange. Energy Exchange can be offered in the Tibetan Singing Bowl at the head of the classroom. This class focuses on building Strength Inside and Out. Our Bodies are Highly Intuition and have the ability to Heal and to Grow Younger if only we Ask!
